Swedish, prenatal, sports massage, deep pressure, polarity, reiki, myofascial release, lomi lomi, trigger point release and therapeutic touch are my main methods. I also balance chakras and perform meridian massages. I specialize in a fusion of therapeutic pain relief massage, myo-fascial release, and deep Swedish massage that promotes relaxation, soothes and revitalizes by increasing circulation and reducing tension. The Swedish style of massage uses a flowing and kneading technique great for stress-related conditions and chronic pain. Slow, deep glides release the constrictions in connective tissue around the muscles. Many first-time massage clients enjoy Swedish Massage. |
