Partner pregnancy massage reminders:
- Eye contact/Breathe together first, use hugging hands --from your heart's connection. Allow energy to circulate from heart out to hands.
- Check in with your partner--massage between contractions vs sustained pressure during
- Don't use deep pressure-- instead use firm pressure on sacrum with stacked hands ( lunging legs to save your back)
- Postpartum: C section--no abdominal massage until released by doctor & no deep tissue in legs for 6-8 weeks postpartum.
